What would be motive to say perp was a rogue, then refuse to ID rogue? Looks like protecting an Open Table operative who got caught

With how many restaurants the person pissed off, I'm sure the company is protecting their physical safety by not releasing their info. With the amount of harassment and threatening that could ensue, I'd imagine the company could potentially be held liable if they released it.

If Open Table wants to deflect lawsuits, they should antagonistically sued the rogue for dmg'g company's image instead of protecting rogue
