Beware the snake, the spider and the scorpion. But know this: You are much more likely to be killed by a bee or a dog.http://nyti.ms/2FgYe7a

If you are in a room with a scorpion a poisonous snake a wasp and a dog please do not make friends with the scorpion and snake. The probability of death once you encounter these creatures is way way higher. Terrible article!

Bees? Nah. And then only if you attack them and you are unfortunate enough to have an allergy leading to anaphylactic shock.

Wasps and dogs are not deadlier than venomous snakes. However, you are likelier to be stung by a wasp or bitten by a dog than to be bitten by a snake. Risk [killed/population]= danger ("deadliness") [killed/number of event] x probability of occurrence [number of event/population]

Bees or wasps? One in the article, one in the caption. They are not the same. Allergies to their venom are not the same. Accuracy people!
