Think about using an app to keep track of food/calories and to log exercise which deducts calories burned. I want to lose about 10, and have been using the Lose It app for a week. It really helps you keep things in perspective and track progress. Easy to use too..

I would agree with much of the advice in the article, but am concerned someone who self diagnoses an eating disorder (author states binge eating disorder) weighs themselves daily. That’s still disordered behaviour, not weight management

I once lost 60 lbs and kept 80% of the weight loss for about 2 years and then eventually put the 60lbs back on
