Like the military industrial complex the (in)security industry has been booming post 9/11 and can spot a money making opportunity with #SchoolShooting

This all is horrible. Maybe instead of turning our schools into prisons and she'll shocking first graders we could stand up to the NRA and pass some real gun reform legislation.

Or a bank, library, business complexes, airports, concerts etc etc! Why can’t we do the same for our school kids?

How about we turn our land into an actual land of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Instead of a conservative paranoid armed hick warzone?

If it's that unsafe for kids to go to school in the USA why the hell would anyone want to live or visit there anymore.

This is INSANE. Instead of common sense gun reform, we're postulating turning schools into prisons. Regardless of what your beliefs on guns are, if you don't recognize that this is asinine, re-evaluate your life.

Fun Fact: Those $300 bulletproof backpacks the media has hyped, and which as a result, are flying off the shelves? They won't stop a round from an AR-15. Not even when fully loaded with books.
