        The only problem in Italy, in addition to the banking system that drains citizens to give to the powerful, is the uncontrolled immigration that causes unemployment and the lowering of wages.

        I want the vacation time, health care, and family leave/maternity care that Italians and most Europeans enjoy. The American dream is dead, upward mobility is way down here. It is now easier to move up socio economically in more European countries and they have better education.

        Personally I have not seen any pay discrepancies, I was a teacher on salary, one of my daughter's was an engineer and was paid same as a man, she also paid 6 months paid maternity leave

        There is a huge pay gap between male & female staff & presenters at the BBC which for a company like the BBC shocking it doesnt stop there most companies men are paid a large amount more than women are not valued in the UK there has been many sex abuse & sexual harassment cases
