You ppl only talk one side of any issue to fuel your leftist agenda. Where is the report on the fact we pay EU more in tariffs than the U.S. collects from EU??

EU leftist here😊just wondering if you pay more tariffs because you export more than you import? Just a thought... but agree thst tariff parity is important. We don't want to be screwed either. Also many here have concerns about the quality of food products coming from the US

More often than not, the U.S. imports way more that other countries import from the U.S. They charge more in tariffs, so it's called a trade deficit. If it was equal across the board, wouldn't be an issue

NYT don’t forget the Republicans pressed high tariffs in the late 1920’s that ignited a massive trade war that helped to lead to Great Depression. History repeating itself!

@realDonaldTrump and foreign policy is a little like watching a monkey throw its own shit at a fan, being surprised at getting caught in the blowback, .... then five minutes later doing it again.

At the end of WW2 the allies went to great lengths to avoid actions typical of what President Trump wants to enact. The USA behaved like a responsible hegemon and we witnessed ever increasing global trade. He needs a history lesson; how two world wars started!
