If Europe feels like the Arctic right now, the Arctic itself is balmy by comparisonhttp://nyti.ms/2oIWjBi

There’s a lot of evidence that melting sea ice can weaken the Gulf Stream. The Gulf Stream is what keeps Europe warmer than average for its latitude, so that would result in colder temperatures for Europe. People like this have no understanding. They just hear warm and cold😂

Answer - countries like China, the Korean Peninsula, India, the United States, Russia, & the EU are responsible for the soot & greenhouse gases wafting out of exhaust pipes & smokestacks around the world. The ozone layer is getting patchy at the North & South poles. It's sad.

The CO2 mostly accumulates in the northern hemisphere because the heat in equator pushed aside the CO2 into northern area.See NASA satelite image on CO2 distribution over the globe.

To the Neanderthals out there who will still say "It's cold whatever happened to global warming" Its climate change and a warmer Antarctic has made this happen.
