We have the technology to ensure that all plastics we manufacture are recyclable but at the present we do not. We embrace new technologies yet in the plastic industry we are still decades behind. Government's need to act collectively around the world to help solve this problem

Stop eating so much processed food and that would solve most of the problem. #paleo

Thanks for your feedback Kathryn. We love the initiative, although in some cases plastic can help to prolong shelf life- which helps to reduce food waste. That said: we are working hard to improve our packaging and reduce the plastic in our stores. Please bear with us!

Up to eight million tonnes of plastic enters the ocean every year. It's important to consider the effect of plastic consumption on both marine life and human health:http://bit.ly/2Fe5F24
