This is why Catalonia is an oppressed nation. For Spain there is only one nation and the only people that can decide is the Spanish people, but they don't, because the system is corrupted and the justice is politized. So nothing can change, same people rules for 500 years.

I think there are a lot of extrapolations going on here. I don't think the writings in this related article show NYT employees know people very well. People are allowed to have feelings- regardless if they make sense to us. Dehumanizing efforts are what make this country suffer,
