        It's the imbalance of power that keeps wages from rising. By successfully shredding unions the individual has virtually no power with which to negotiate. And union participation is probably not going to dramatically increase in the U.S. Compare that to Germany.

        Part 8 free lifetime vocational job training better than Germany including for millionaires because most of the benefits are from networking. Who you know gets you jobs, job references, capital, customers, etc. Training pays for itself with higher tax revenues over time.
