The 88 year old mother of one of my friends has not had power restored to her home in Puerto Rico and is still washing laundry by hand & has no use of her stove since last September. Which member of Congress would be fine with that situation if it was their parent?

That's what I heard too. I can't believe the shit going on over there! Fraud, waste running rampant. We have to do something and we, obviously, cannot depend on Trump.

Extremely disappointed in how the government has treated the situation in Puerto Rico. It is so disheartening that they are still left helpless and in a situation they do not deserve to be in.

So, if they’ve restored power to 86% of the island...are there no linemen in PR at all?! I mean the job is 86% done...seems like they could mop up without 8,000 government contractors, right?!

What happened with all the tax dollars they were paid? Who is supposed to check that? It happened several times with war contractors and nothing was done. They collect the tax $, they leave before the job is finished and they keep all our money!
