They called themselves the “silent majority.” That never applied to the entire country, but it referred to the GOP. The white supremacy, racism, sexism, fascism, all of that was always there but too afraid to speak out. trump is a mirror, not a pied piper.

I think @TomPerez and the @TheDemocrats will be using Republican Mona Charen video being ATTACKED for speak out AGAINST Pedophiles, White Supremacist and Wife Beaters in 2018 and 2020. It was a sad day seeing Pedophiles being cheered and Real Republicans being booed. #GOPpic.twitter.com/HVU0OTO2mS

At least she had the courage to speak out. If you vote for the letter next to the name, rather than the person. That is true political cowardice.

Here's the problem. Trumpism isn't new. The GOP started it's hard slide to the Right with Newt Gingrich. When Obama won in 08 they went off the rails. It's continued unabated with the help of Ryan, McConnell and others culminating in Trump. Where was her voice then?

This is the kind of Republican we've been asking for. Members of Congress should follow her lead or be voted out.

This isnt new. Its not just Trump. In 2008 they cheered for people dying in the streets and booded a gay marine. So not new!

Same thing is happening to Diane Feinstein. She was early in the fight against automated weapons , early in the fight for women's & LGBT rights. She was early in the fight for our environment. Now the Far Left sees her as too moderate. Our nation is turning Extreme and ugly.
