The Communist Party abolishing limits on presidential terms — effectively allowing Xi Jinping to lead China indefinitely — was the latest and most significant sign of the world’s decisive tilt toward authoritarianism, writes @stevenleemyershttp://nyti.ms/2CnxLXJ

First Putin, now Xi, and they are working hard as hell to have tRUmp become the same here. Turn it into the boys' club where every gangster and criminal is given a free-pass for the right price. Civil rights, free press/speech, and enemies of the state are all censored.
