If I was American I'd be raising my children overseas so they could go to school without the fear of being gunned down.

I know one american who married a French... they're living in France. And he's discovering that, besides school safety (and free hc, which he very puch needed two years ago) we have also tuition free colleges... he plans to stay ;)
