        It should have happened. In Rio 2016, two countries were banned for reasons less severe than doping. For Russia they made exception.

        Can't we just ban Russians everywhere? It's clear all they do is cheat. In sports, in politics, and in the Olympics. Nobody likes cheaters!

        I think it’s not fair to do so generically. The Russian people are in the main good. The government is not good and some who represent Russian are government chosen and trained. And morals are secondary to winning.
