One day eat, one day not: a very simple way to loose weight. Stop eating at 8pm, the coming day only water, tea, warm bouillon, black coffee and a glass of wine 🍷, till coming day 8am. So you were not eating 36 hours. It's not that hard like it's sounds. body will make a reset

That’ll send a body into starvation mode and throw your metabolism to hell. You’re body doesn’t know if it’s getting 500 of 5000 calories and as such will store more as fat.

Not true. Your body responds in a very positive way to fasting. We don’t need as much food and we were taught we need.

Yes, that's why I am doing it, one day with and one day without food

I do intermittent fasting for about 16 hours every day and it’s changed my health in so many positive ways.

I saw a doku about it and how positive the effects are. Also for those who have diabetic 2. Some do intermittent fasting 16 hours, some eat only one time daily and I make it with 36 hours. When I have my eat day, I can't eat much because of my stomach. But I eat what I want

It also helps to eliminate dairy and animal protein.

I used to be overweight. I learned a “revolutionary” way to lose 70 lbs. 1. Cut out sweets, beer, & soda. 2. Lift weights 3. Put on tennis shoes, lace them up, & walk or run a lot at least 5 times a week. It works. 100% of the time & it’s just that easy.

Plus building muscle tissue up burns more calories.

That’s the main reason I lift weights....so I can eat more!! 😜 All the other benefits that come along with it aren’t bad either. I just try to eat more lean protein, which means fish, beef, chicken, & eggs, all of which I love!

My dad is 73 & I WISH I had his drive. He’s semi-retired, but still comes to work here 2-3 days a week to look at the books & talk to the guys. Up until a few years ago, we rode Harley’s together & he complained a lot less than I did on 500 mile days. Ur only as old as u feel!

It _is_ complicated and so that doesn't necessarily work. That would assume some static metabolic rate that didn't change based on many conditions.https://global.oup.com/academic/product/heavy-9780190210625 …
