The aftermath of a mass shooting has become a familiar cycle in America: One side demands change, the other works to block it. But this time, it is the students who survived the assault who are pressing lawmakers.http://nyti.ms/2CDrB1f

Sad day in America where everyone agrees that unstable people shouldn’t be able to purchase any weapon, yet no one agrees to stop it

Hope these survivor kids succeed When others have been derailed. I wonder if any NRA members have lost their kids in such mindless shooting, and then changed their opposition to gun control measures.

When Sandy Hook happened, Obama was there. In the immediate aftermath there was a promise something would be done, even if those measures would eventually be blocked by Republicans. It kinda seems like these kids don't trust the current president to do something...

Yes because in order to survive another school day you should in fact take away people’s guns? No, the issue is a mixture of the fact that the kid was a psychopath not going to follow gun laws even if they were in place. And police officers not being in an a school where there..

Where what, four thousand+ kids are located?Im sorry, but the truth is. Those police officers were heroic. But they were 17 people too late. If someone had been carrying, maybe every single one of those lives would’ve been spared. It’s time to make people aware of gun safety...

Because guns are a tool. They can be used for both good and bad. Just like everything else on the planet. So please, #Itstimetostop
