If progress is a 1000 mile journey forward, he’s taken a one inch sidestep. May as well have outlawed diamond encrusted pink bazookas.

1 step is better than 0 steps forwards. Would you rather we make no progress? There may be many steps still needed but it's easy to say 1 > 0

Everything you refute is a logical fallacy, by the books. You're comparing his actions to extremely inflated actions.

Forget just banning them, as a responsible gun owner, I say make it a criminal offense for any gun manufacturer to make a weapon that is so easily modified!

@billmac560, I think the responsible gun owners need to step it up as the Florida students are and come up with a solution to 2nd amendment and NRA. thanks for your input. I'm 51 and never have needed a gun. #GunControlNow

Trump needs an elementary school social studies class to recall the job duties of each branch of government. Executive Branch (DOJ) ENFORCES LAW. Legislative Branch (Congress) creates, passes and changes law Any attempt by DOJ to bans bump stocks will end up in the Courts.

How about we actually ban the weapon that massacred school children, or is that too radical a concept?

Don’t get excited. The @GOP and the @NRA are looking for the LEAST POSSIBLE action they can take to mollify Americans...until the next school shooting. This is a bandaid. Assault weapons MUST be banned. #GunControlNowpic.twitter.com/dbYfhAqxBe

True. This demostrates the problem. The left knows nothing about firearms but blame the inanimate object for the shootings, not the mentality ill person committing the act.
