Many students had come straight from a funeral. They hugged their parents goodbye and got onto buses headed to Florida's capital. “This shooting is different from the other ones. I just have a gut feeling — something is going to change.”http://nyti.ms/2CzaDBl

When I was a kid many homes had a gun cabinet openly displayed like furniture. The guns havn't changed the attitudes of people and the culture changed. Look what has happened to America the past 50 years!!!!!!!!!

When I was a kid the school parking lot was full of trucks with gun racks inside the back glass with rifles & shotguns easily seen. No school shootings.

Dana, it is maddening that the politicized argument about the gun problem is not about the gun problem. It is about a 58 year liberal assault on believers, the family, dissolution of American values and morals and ethics in general. Evil flourished when good men did nothing !

Stricter gun laws are like gay marriage, but with less glitter. Change can happen 🙂

I hope this horrible event can have one positive thing come from it, I hope it sparks an unstoppable movement to force lawmakers to focus on stricter gun laws. Lawmakers work for the people. Numbers is power. No more silence. Time for action.
