        Israel offered help but SA would rather run out of water than accept the assistance of Israel. Gratefully other African nations love their citizens more than they hate a free and democratic Jewish state.

        California knows drought. Our rivers and lakes dried up to nothing. Wasnt as severe as Cape Town, but we sympathize. Hope y'all get some crazy amounts of rain like we did!
