No similarity. According to the JAMA study specific U.S. individuals were targeted. No one in the Cuban population suffered any ailments. Not sure why when one searches
#Cuba, this NYT article pops up. No coincidence here. It was meant to confuse. -
"Targeted" is the wrong word. I should have said "affected." The JAMA study shows no indication the U.S. diplomats were targeted.

Strange, but true. There must be teams of scientists working on it as it is a matter of public concern with a scientific window. The residents must be having a hard time with some fear. A seemingly dormant underground volcano can possibly produce this hum with its activity.
-
I can’t remember where i read it but there was a case of a “ghost” haunting a uni science lab, turns out it was a malfunctioning fan. It let out a low frequency that it was the same for ppl’s stomachs and eyes. That caused the nausea and the hallucinations of shadows they saw.
-
You are right. I remember reading it too, but the very word 'Ghost' brought ridicule and jokes around. Paranormal is not non existent, but real enough. A scientific explanation will be more appropriate as to be acceptable to all Humming is the problem that needs attention.
-
Of course, it’s just that that “ghost” story has some slight similarities to this, in that is can have much of the same symptoms, so naturally I think that the humming is letting out a frequency that is very discomforting to people

Zug Island, USA, right next to Windsor - Maybe check what they are doing under that steel mill. Zug Island has been rumored to be a HAARP location for years. HAARP being a military project said to have been shutdown. HAARP got 250 mill of tax payer funding by '08, shutdown in '14pic.twitter.com/f0qckVOGeA

Effects can be pulsed or continuous. Conspiracy theorists say it's for weather modification or mind control (the former being the more likely of the 2, imo), but who can really say? It's strange, secretive & the US military is involved, so I'd bet whatever it is, it's not good.pic.twitter.com/vmXutpzRtW

I'm in Windsor and many of us have chalked it up to Zug Island - It's literally right acrossfrom the affected area

There was a documentary a couple of years ago about a hum like this and it turned out to be a type of fish. Crazy as it sounds, I know. If these places are near bodies of water then the same could be true in this case.
