"Keep the political commentary to yourself, or as someone once said, shut up and dribble,” Fox News host Laura Ingraham said, addressing LeBron James and Kevin Duranthttp://nyti.ms/2HlRLsW

It is worth noting that the same people insisting articulate athletes like LeBron James must "stick to sports" believe Ted Nugent, Curt Schilling, and the Duck Dynasty guy somehow add value to our political discourse.

Maybe people should start holding Rupert Murdock accountable. Close some doors to him as long as he promotes tearing America apart. I don't care what a person's politics are—I'm willing to listen—but the anti-American sentiment on the "supposed" flag waving @FoxNews is appalling.

Many young athletes forgo much of their education to take advantage of great financial opportunities.I get that. But in choosing this option their intellectual development often becomes a casualty. One often wonders how much really careful thinking proceeds some of their comments

Are you saying basically anyone who doesn’t go to college is intellectually challenged? That covers a population larger than athletes. Should they shut up and dribble as well?

Also to your point: I believe that those attending college should educate Themselves as well since many schools are more about indoctrination than education. Critical thinking is often not taught but punished.

Great point, and something I fear for my grandchildren. The indoctrination and PC culture has been so insidious that we woke up one day and it was growing everywhere, like summer scum on a pond.

Great analogy. It has become so pervasive that it will take a lot of effort to slow down--much less stop. It will take all the energy we can muster but it is worth all of it. Our kids future is at stake.

Clearing out the uber liberals from higher education will be a Herculean task. We might be forced to start more of our own universities.

Great idea Janeen! Many schools are so hopelessly infested that are beyond fixing. I think we should spread this idea. We need a lot more like Hillsdale.

@IngrahamAngle hey doll, just an FYI @realDonaldTrump can’t even coach himself out of the bathroom. Try reporting important news that matters to your meek minded audience. Help them.

Shocking coincidence she has an issue with a dissenting opinion of Trump. Why are those obsessed with the 2nd Amendment so offended when others want to exercise the 1st Amendment?
