Quick to call for the resignation of the FBI Director, but no call for gun laws.

Republicans will use any excuse to deflect the blame for being greedy and supporting NRA. What business does an 18 year old kid - mentally ill or not - have purchasing a weapon of this caliber in a state where he can't legally drink a beer, no less. This repulses me.

Who cares what Rick Scott wants? He’s the worst governor in our state’s history.

That’s what you take from that? Not the fact that the FBI was warned and didn’t do anything?

And how many shootings have happened in Florida in the last few years due to lax gun laws?? Rick Scott should be the one quitting.

Oh please! The FBI Director should resign over #ParklandShooter? Seems like all of Congress & Trump who voted to make guns more available shd be the first to go.

We need to immediately cease sales of guns until the vetting process is fixed. No more kids should die while these idiots in Washington point fingers and make excuses. When they fix the process, they can resume sales.

And what does ANY law enforcement agency do when there are easy-peasy gun laws and other laws that have great restrictions on actions they can take dealing with mentally ill people? We are ALL failing in our responsibility to each other.

Wow, unbelievably cynical to exploit tragic deaths in order to ease pressure on Trump. NYT, suggest you do a better job of reporting on what the agenda of Sessions & co really is instead of helping them do their evil.

Florida policy makers and @FLGovScott are short-sighted thinkers. The value of property and tourism (billion$$) should be enough for legislators to make Florida safe for residents and tourists.

Fire the governor. Fire every representative who fails to actively and immediately enact gun laws.
