Why are responsible gun owners so afraid of stricter legislation? It actually proves to cause less hassle for them in the long run. The “guns don’t kill people” argument is used everyday from conservatives about why we should no legalize marijuana. The plant didn’t kill anybody.

If adults won't protect kids with gun reform maybe the kids can protect themselves in 2020 when they can vote.

The left was understandably pissed off, the right held a prayer group and the @NRA celebrated another group of dead children. We've done this so many times its barely worth the article. #GunReformNow #NRABloodMoney

There is no right or left for a parent who wakes up today without their child. There is no right or left for students who watched their peer get murdered. There is no right or left for teachers protecting our children in classrooms where they should feel safe. Stop dividing.

This isn't a "two sides" issue, you moral lightweights. One side wants to stop people from being murdered, the other floods our communities with weapons of war and then acts like its a Constitutional right.

Parents all over this country will need to have another kind of “talk” with their children like I did with mine yesterday - how to try and stay safe in school in a lock down situation. We have to be better than this. 😢

There have not always been battle field weapons like the AR15 legal for sale in the US. Ban them and anything similar. If somebody wants to use them, join the military.

AR 15 is not an automatic weapon. There are many pistols that operate the same way. It's just the looks of that weapon that scares people. But those weapons have always been available.

It can still get off more than 90 rounds per minute and possibly up to 300. It’s time to stop listening to gun rights advocates on this topic. Your opinions no longer matter here.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I am very familiar with this topic and weapons. I also know that your opinion on this subject does not matter, so you can just take a seat.
