"But the same study found that the United States had 133 mass shootings. Finland had only two, which killed 18 people, and Switzerland had one, which killed 14" Yet Switzerland is 3 with guns per capita, and Finland 4, so your argument doesn't work.

That isn’t how that works. They don’t “have guns” like we do.
-
It is exactly how it works. The argument is that there is a problem with guns per 100 people. Bad logic unless you toss out countries with high numbers of guns per capita, and low murder and mass murder rates.

No. America's fans and critics actually never puzzle over why you mass murder your schoolchildren. Ever. We know you have ludicrously large amounts of guns because the NRA pays to elect lawmakers who do their bidding. That's it. Everyone knows.

We need more restrains on the 1st Amendment than we do on the 2nd Amendment!
-
Have you lived in a country with no free speech? Do you know what happens to people, journalists or artists in such countries? You don’t know what you are talking about.
-
Oh! So you'll protect the 1st Amendment but not the second? Yeah, I know exactly what its like dick head!pic.twitter.com/lAvCWRGq5C
-
You just proved my point by calling me a dick head. That pic is clearly taken in a third world country. Not in a developed country. No need for guns in the hands of civilians in the first world. Your institutions should be able to protect you.

So you really don’t like your own first amendment. And now it feels like you are threatening me. I do not represent a danger to you, we’re just talking here. And by the way being born in a first world country doesn’t make you a first class citizen.

Thanks to the gun industry, it's NRA lobbyists, and weak, gutless politicians for creating this madness.

"But there is one quirk that consistently puzzles America’s fans and critics alike. Why, they ask, does it experience so many mass shootings?" Actually, I have never met a single person outside the US who asks that question. We already know.

Its so plainly obvious that if someone disagrees then I just don't feel any need to keep arguing.

Europe: strict gun laws = no school shootings or mass shootings in general (terrorists is another topic). USA: weak gun laws = school shootings, mass shootings, shooting accidents... If they still don't get it, then they are the most backward nation in the world after North Korea
-
Sorry, N Korea has extremely strict gun control laws. USA citizens, they are sure proud they have the right to bare arms. It’s a shame they don’t respect their children’s rights to go to school without a real, serious risk of being murdered.

The gun itself killed no one. There's always a monster behind the trigger. Just sayin...
-
But if the monster didn't have gun he would have killed no one, no ?
-
Criminals will acquire weapons, no matter what legislation is passed.
-
Maybe for some of them but in the same time some others will not and that's like this that you start to reduce mass shooting. Just my opinion.
