Don’t like a court ruling? For state legislators, retaliation — from pay cuts to impeachment — is an increasingly common response.http://nyti.ms/2F2gBNR

The tug of war between legislators & Judiciary is evident in almost all countries including well established democracies. Legislators must realize that they can not be given unlimited powers to govern the country the way they want & Judiciary is there to protect the Constitution.

Can you provide specific examples where Democrats did this? Curious about the both sides argument.

I'm old enough to remember when Republicans believed in Democracy. That was before the party was taken over by religious extremists and Dominionists.

Republicans taking the lead. From Trump have drifted and strayed into the quicksand of anti Law and Order. They cannot accept a legal opinion against them. They are practicing Trumpism and a giant pout.

This article claims it's "largely Republicans, but Democrats as well"... but then give *zero* examples of Democrats doing anything remotely the same. 🤔
