Why aren’t millennials getting married? Why aren’t millennials buying houses? Why aren’t millennials having babies? Because those things all cost a bunch of money few of us have! How many times do we have to tell you!

This piece has dangerous misinformation equating emergency contraception with abortion, did you pull it straight out of the religious right's talking points?!pic.twitter.com/98jTzvKCSJ

Yeah, I don't think they should have put that in there. Emergency contraception i just a fallback birth control pill, it should not be equated with abortion. And even so, going through abortion and deciding on that is a difficult process to go through.

There's a teacher shortage in my state. It's not because people are getting "worthless" degrees. It's because the cost of school vs a teacher's pay doesn't even come CLOSE to evening out. I wanted to be a teacher. An entire generation isn't suffering because we chose bad degrees.

An entire generation is suffering because college is overpriced and overrated, though.

Hey, @lymanstoneky, @nytimes, please explain your decision to promote this debunked and flagrantly dangerous misinformation. No legitimate medical source supports such an interpretation. You have a responsibility to not mislead your readers. Where is your journalistic integrity?pic.twitter.com/ghLoYSEzxi

it says "some consider", which is technically accurate.

Sure, but publications like the @nytimes have a duty to uphold high standards. Who is the "some" that "consider" meritless claims that are not supported by any legitimate medical authority? Why did the author choose to disseminate a lie without providing context or explanation?

What's the lie? Whether or not it's counted as an abortion comes down to opinion. Not an opinion I hold, but some do consider it. I have no real issue with how the author stated it.

It is NOT opinion. Emergency contraceptives cannot terminate a pregnancy. Those who suggest otherwise aren’t expressing an opinion, they’re lying. http://ec.princeton.edu/questions/ec-review.pdf … https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/morning-after-pill/about/pac-20394730 … https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/morning-after-pill/about/pac-20394730 …pic.twitter.com/ePVXofGBls

The US needs better paid leave policies and workplace cultures that don't punish women for having kids.
