Not haveing one is bad for everyone except sanctuary cities and States. Since the number of representative is determined by the Venus count. So when you count illegals and citizens together then areas with larger illegal populations are over represented.

The 1990 and the 2000 census asked this question along with what country were you born etc. This isn’t new.

Non-citizens being counted to decide how much Congressional representation states get is wrong. States full of illegals should have fewer representatives.

So sanctuary cities should be allocated more resources than non-sanctuary cities? Do I have that right?

Realistically if they continue to cut every social safety net on the way to 2020 and give more money to rich people, I would argue that is worse for our health.
