        Well, apparently there are few or no rules as to how he can spend that leftover inauguration money. Campaign money, on the other hand, is tightly regulated. Spending it to pay off a porn star is frowned upon.

        Didn’t they say she was paid off in December, but the money wasn’t transferred from the campaign account until after inauguration? At least I think that’s the timeline.
