Posts are only valuable when they are connected to a real human. The web is full of 'reviews' posted by competitors and trolls. Contact your health department for accurate food poisoning updates. And look for reviews that are verified.

I mean if they are reporting real cases of food poisoning, they should go to the doctor and be diagnosed. That way their cases of food poisoning are reported to the DPH (and possibly the CDC depending on the organism/cause). Kinda the whole point of the CDC.

Kevin - an enlightening article. This entire process is clearly open to abuse. 100 people complain, a trader gets an advance tip (or is even a promoter of the alleged food "poisoning") and shorts the stock. There are not adequate controls in place.
