From my experience, yes it is. Physically it has collapsed, but not mentally.

Mentality is different in Eastern and Western Germany. But newsflash, so it is in Southern and Northern Germany (even more so than inbetween Eastern and Western Germany).

"As for Ms. Merkel, “she is not considered an easterner in the East,” Mr. Krüger said, “she is considered a traitor.” It's because the East knows Merkel is a communist and they don't want the totalitarian police state she is building using muslim economic refugees to build it.

Could just as easily be a story about the U.S. A short-lived border disappeared 150 years ago but that didn’t erase deep cultural divisions.

I watched a short Turner movie last night (recorded) ‘Hitler Lives ‘ it is an excellent truthful short movie on Nazies and Germany. It warns us the nazies will rise again. Really scares me the the Fourth Reich is rearing its ugly head in America.

Yes. We still speak of "East" and "West" but never of "North" and "South" politically.

A wall down and a wall to be built in the western hemisphere, does a wall make any sense in our current times?
