When we hosted #Olympics in Atlanta, our adversary countries clapped & stood for our USA Team. Sorry but @VP Mike Pence embarrassed America by only clapping for our USA Team. That was a global stage. #shameful Go get ‘em Adam Rippon!🇺🇸

Unfortunately the judges awarded more points to the Russian, who fell and whose performance was not nearly as good as Adam’s whose performance was stellar and flawless! Judges still suck in the ice competition events!

Up until the Games last played in Canada, I believe, it was discovered a French female judge had been 1of the judges caught in a bribery scandal 2throw the judging 2the Russians! It came after there was a major blowup in which the CAN couple ended up sharing GOLD w/RUS!

Even tougher trying to understand their scoring! I still believe the system is extremely flawed and the IOC indicated long ago it’s a system that will be next to impossible to perfect! As viewers it’s impossible for us to see the imperfections on rotations so we’re at their mercy

I like this process of the yellow boxes and then showing it on slow motion replay. At least we have more insight. But technical difficulty is tough to understand the scoring of. Tougher jumps doesn’t mean anything if not executed perfectly. We need more explanation.

Agreed! I do believe certain more difficult elements should be allowed twice in each program and the best one of the two be counted as the final score. One fall can be a 10% disadvantage but a 2nd fall should result in elimination.
