        This situation is similar to me using my Grandma's recipe that I got from my mom. Then a cousin I never met using Grandma's same recipe except they got it from their mama. The recipe has been there. Theres no exclusivity we grew up eating the same food. The symbols aren't unique

        Knowing anything about the design & music video worlds there is little doubt this is true. Kendrick was also likely blindsided. A culture of lazy, creative theft & re-appropriation runs unchecked in the design community. Steal first, explain later.
