Russian athletes are not part of the “Russia” team at the Olympics. Instead, they are designated as “Olympic athletes from Russia.”http://nyti.ms/2Cb32J3

Kinda like our sanctions passed but no implementation! However, these kids shouldn't be punished because they have a leader like ours putin & 45 are the AntiChrist we were warned about!

Those "kids" doped and broke the rules. That's why they should be banned. If they weren't apart of the last Olympics, fine. But if they were, they should be banned for good. It's not fair to the people that DON'T CHEAT!

Russian sanctions should also be implemented but they are not! Seems they can do anything and get away with it too!

I think it’s a bunch of silliness. If they’re going to let them compete let them compete as Russia. Otherwise don’t let them compete.

Exactly why I will not watch the Olympics anymore. The #IOC has given a green light to cheaters. So what’s the point of it all? Clean athletes will have to dope up to have a chance? Time to start up another global amateur games body, one that isn’t prone to corruption and fear.

Why's this even a thing? Politics still an issue... If they wanna play a sport borders should not dictate an athletes capabilities... #justathought

Because they were caught cheating before. Has nothing to do with politics.

Of course it is! Many of the athletes banned were completely clean and yet they were not allowed to compete! This really proves that this decision has nothing to do with doping, but more about politics. The IOC has killed the Olympic spirit!

Look at the list of athletes from this year and the last Olympics. There shouldn't be any names from the last one but there is. The Russian team was caught. They are cheaters.

The doping scandal began with the MacLaren Report, which is based solely on the testimony of one man, which makes this report unreliable and unsustainable.
