        Do one of the several Ketogenic diets instead, high, clean, healthy, ratioed plant oil fats are good (50 to 70%), low carbohydrates (10%) are good. Prebiotic fibre (5%), multi-strain probiotics. Stay the hell away from Canola and GMO oils.

        Just make sure you get your protein from alkaline foods..Having too much acidic foods is what leads to most diseases &deaths.. Yes eat your legumes&grains and veggies and fruits with a little sea weed nuts and seeds. They all have protein. Meat Dairy& Sugar bring sickness/Death

        I think that advice is good but it is also context specific. Other scientific evidence discourages the consumption of some specific proteins sourcing foods citing increased risk of cancer
