If she didn't charge him then it's just words. I need proof before destroying peoples lives from alleged abuse. Why no charges ladies. These are ex-wives and we need to give people due process.

No one fired him. He decided to step down. She has every right to accuse him, he has every right to defend himself which he will presumably now do.

I agree, if the media didn't immediately convict them without all the evidence in. Just an ex-wife's word. If no charges were filed there is no real proof. A picture isn't proof unless u know the full story behind it. If she had filed charges then I'd feel it wasn't just revenge.

Have you ever tried filing charges for abuse? Have you any idea how many places a man can hit you so that it doesn’t leave a mark? Do you know how much courage it takes to report someone that you know will later beat you for reporting them? We are not on the same page here ...

I am saying he had no need to go it was his choice. He has not taken out a legal defence, only talked about the possibility which is what always happens while everyone waits for things to die down. We will see ...

All a woman gotta do in these times is "accuse" to ruin a man.. He can be guilty or innocent, doesn't matter..the mear accusation is enough..

I am sure if he takes her to court, as he is ‘considering’ doing, and is able to prove that she is lying, then his reputation will remain intact. Until then she has the legal right to make the accusation and he has the legal right to defend himself.

Agreed, for legal purposes this is true.. However, there is still the doubt that is still left in peoples/public eyes that still lingers and can't be undone.. human nature..

So what are u suggesting? A woman should say nothing in case it damages man’s career? Do u think a woman going to work with bruises doesn’t damage her career opportunities ? Or losing confidence cos of intimidation? If you think law should be changed focus on that, not the women
