All life is conscious. Why is this simple law of the Universe so difficult to grasp? C’mon Western civilization!! Get with it. Not only is all life conscious, all life is connected. Because we can’t understand it, we call it God and go about our mundane existence.

There's actually a lot of evidence that at least some plants are social creatures. Evidence of family loyalty, etc. It's just chemical reactions, but so are our thoughts. It's interesting.

If they were fully conscious ours would be a totally different species or wouldn’t exist at all. But consciousness, intelligence, etc. may lie along a (not necessarily smooth) continuum across living organisms.

EVERYTHING IS CONSCIOUS. This has been known for at least 100,000 years by yogis. Western science is in many ways naive and late to the table of real understanding.
