        I think ALL Americans should have a problem with FISA given the judge's 99 page document citing all of the abuse of the system. Carter Page is one small instance in a huge sea of people who have been illegally spied on and unmasked.

        This headline is technically true but incredibly misleading. Please do better. It could just as easily have been titled: "CIA thwarts Russian disinformation effort in deal with shadowy Russian"
