This is a SLAP in the face of every tax payer! In one hand, they TAKE our hard earned $$ & give it to BILLIONAIRES! Then, they have the nerve to borrow BILLIONS that WE TAX PAYERS WILL HAVE TO PAY! This is crap! They’re having an orgy of Incompetence & greed at our expense! STOP

        2. Maybe instead of telling me to “calm the hell down” do the math! This is all the GOP’s plan to NOW go after Medicare & Social Security! It’s a shameful!

Tax breaks are ok if ALL THE BILLS ARE PAID! Can’t charge up billions of $$ in debt KNOWING YOU DON’T have INCOME to pay the bills! Geese! What a twist! A LIBERAL talking to a GOP about spending responsibility! So much coming in only so much to go out. Simple economics!

How do you justify TAX cuts and then in the next breath say "We need to get our deficit under control"? If you have kids, grand children - all this current administration is doing is pushing their greediness to be repaid by future, not born yet generations. SHAMEFUL!

“The shutdown comes on the heels of a three-day closure brought about by Senate Democrats last month.” How on earth was this statement allowed to go to print? Senate GOP literally did not have enough votes for a simple majority, let alone 60 votes. No GOP compromise was cause.

Let me be clear- until the pentagon can account for EVERY penny spent then they should not receive one more dime! They have enough and they never give it back to our troops on the front line. Wasteful spending and pay offs to our enemies isn’t working!
