        and which refuses to engage with North Korea without the latter meeting certain preconditions which the US has established. And this map certainly cannot include the US, which could, with its navy, attack every country on the earth with a nuclear weapon.

        North Korea does not have any animosity towards "any place on earth." They have animosity towards the foreign policy of the US: a policy of stubborn aggression and regime change against any country that doesn't fall in line with Washington policies

        China has diplomatic relations/trade with North Korea. It raises the question if they didn't get (some) of their nuclear technology from the Chinese.
