        The Norwegian language has a word for what Ryan is lacking: "Skamvett"--which means "the wisdom to feel shame (when appropriate)." Come to think of it the whole GOP lacks "skamvett"

        Maybe @SpeakerRyan could tweet about how much the tax cut saved those that voted for it along with Trump, and donors such as Koch brothers, Sheldon Adelson, Robert Mercer. I bet we'd be much more impressed with their "pay raise".
