Not a penny has gone to any of the beneficiaries of James Brown's will, who include underprivileged children in Georgia and South Carolinahttp://nyti.ms/2EFQ8FN

Let's be reasonable: there must be someway to take all James Brown's money away from these poor children and give it to the already stinking rich. This is America, dammit. There must be a way.

Greed of others stop the will of the deceased. Make your own living and give JB’s money to where he wanted it to go.

Been through this with my own father. I feel for the heirs. The longer it goes on, the more money attorneys make.

The lawyers will bill the estate until there is nothing left. The heirs should have kicked the lawyers to the curb years ago.

@Eugene_Scott While not a penny may have gone to any of James Brown's beneficiaries the important question here is how much of his estate will be left to divide after years of court costs and attorney's fee?
