FBI offices in 3 cities were told that Larry Nassar had molested elite gymnasts. But nearly a year later, gymnastics officials became concerned about the slow pace of the case. During that time, over 2 dozen girls and women were molested.http://nyti.ms/2FKSSAZ

US Gymnastics knew. THEY are at fault here. Don’t push it off on the FBI. They should have put him on leave while the investigation was underway.

He was an “at will” employee. USA Gymnastics didn’t need an FBI Arrest to get rid of Nassar. They should have believed their gymnastS. They only exist for the athletes, at least that’s who they were supposed to be focused on...

This is why I get so infuriated with people who proclaim the trump investigation hasn't found anything. There were over a hundred witnesses and this one still took a long time. Investigations take time and don't often show their hand until indictment on the focus of them.

Should not take this long bro it's crazy it's not that complicated to do what they are doing if there's evidence can of anything I don't know how it wasn't found yet, unless there is no evidence.trump never was a law breaker why would he start now? It doesn't make sense to me.

This speaks more to an embedded culture of misogyny in America than it does to the efficacy of the FBI. When an equal number of women are in positions of power in all agencies of law enforcement and government, justice will be served more swiftly and effectively across the board.

After seeing some of these articles, trying to vindicate a liar like trump, I’m thinking of cancelling! My money is tight and I have no tolerance for this bullshit! Attacking the FBI? Get your story straight, the gymnastics foundation is at fault!

U.S. gymnastics could and should have provided a swift response. As indicated by others, they bear the brunt of responsibility

And, yes, absolutely, thorough investigations take time and the ultimate responsibility to have immediate action lies with US gymnastics

SVUs need to be reinforced in every major city in America. Smaller cities need at least one or more specially trained officers and support staff. My two cents...
