I don't want an account to see recipes, jackasses. Don't care if it's "free". Leave my info alone and let me get a good dessert.

Should come with a health warning. This is just irresponsible. Sugar causes heart disease, obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, amongst other things. You are literally helping people to commit suicide and destroy their quality of life. Try going blind and doing dialysis...yum!

They are not saying eat it everyday. Learn some moderation.

I have plenty of moderation. But how about we apply some moderation to what we eat, or show. Where is the moderation in that recipe...what, not emptying the *whole* pack of sugar into it is being moderate? People take their cue from articles like these.

Seriously. It's just a recipe. A little accountability works wonders. I read this and think "that would be nice to try" and not "well, might as well faceplant into a trough of sugar and call it quits". You're also assuming these people don't eat salads either or workout.

Do you know how far you need to walk or run to burn off calories from something like that? Do a google search on how long it takes to burn off a can of coke. It is almost impossible to counteract these foods. They change your tastebuds, they change the reward circuits in the brain

But fine. Do what you like. Everybody thinks they are in control and are moderate, but yet we are bombarded with images that make us want to indulge. Walk through a shopping mall, what percent of people are overweight/obese? Self moderation works great huh?

So it is entirely people's own fault that they are overweight? It has nothing to do with the mixed messages they get and deluge of images of high calorie sugar rich foods tempting them. Images like that don't help people learn moderation and accountability, they just sell copy.
