        We do. March, May, and October celebrate Irish, Jewish, and Italian heritage. History in the US is already taught via white accomplishments. These designations exist to give a platform to show accomplishments by historically oppressed races. Understand the topic you decry.

        The NYT did not list “Lillies of the Field” because it portrays a black man who’s obstacle is NOT a racist America, but rather his own inner conflicts. He volunteers and works to build a church for Mexicans. But for the NYT’s - if racism dies, then the Left is unemployed.
