        So much detailed tracking will prevent some time being stolen but will add a lot of anguish and paranoia in the employees, the sociopath on the other hand will move/shake the hand correctly to abuse the system and steal the time anyway!

        Seems likely that if you hire the right people, you pay them appropriately and then you treat them appropriately, you know with some respect. You wouldn’t have to resort to digital surveillance such as this.
