Dems say CEO pay is 300x worker pay. NYT: well actually it’s 271x, this is misleading. Trump says CEOs can’t survive without tax cuts. NYT: it’s not true, but he really *captures a feeling* ya know, man

I like him. He won't be ready then. He needs to grow more. He needs to prove he is in it for the people. I heard too much artificial rhetoric from his response. Needs heat & passion for the position. 2020 is too soon for that office.

Biden is too loyal to banks/Wall Street for my taste. There is a reason most credit card companies are located in his home state of Delaware. Many would consider it an option, however.

I like Biden. Kennedy has been exciting me for about 6 months now. The Dems need a younger look to appeal to millenials. I think he'd be great. But then hey I'm just a New Zealander looking in from the outside 😀

No mention of the #MeToo movement or the millions who have & continue to march against him. No mention of Russian election interference or how his campaign is under investigation for possibly colluding with them. No mention of the investigation into his obstruction of justice ...

So it might be 271 to 1 and not 300 to 1? Ok. So how that makes a difference in the point that needs to be made?

Saying 271 as opposed to 300 is not “misleading,” it’s called rounding up. Is @maggieNYT behind this?

You are right, chief execs of the largest companies make 271 times the salary of their lowest paid workers, not 300 times. Great catch.
