        Horrifying. Seriously our nation is concerned more about how animals are treated than human beings. At 20 weeks a separate heart of a separate human is beating inside its mother. That person has the same right to life as any of us.

        And the reality is very few abortions take place after 20 weeks . The right needs to tell the truth most done after that are done for medical reasons. The option must be left open for those who need it

        New York State has a 24 week ban as our abortion law RIGHT NOW. No exceptions for fetal non-viability or threat to the health of the pregnant person. This is not theoretical or a proposal. It's our actual (cruel, unconstitutional) law. #NoAbortionBan
