That would be true if she led the show. But alas it was already dead when she showed up

Agreed. It’s stunning the entertainment industry is hellbent on destroying half it’s audience. Once asked why Michael Jordan kept political views to himself he replied ‘republicans buy shoes, too.’ Smart guy! -
Keep politics out of music screams all the trump supporters!pic.twitter.com/Ru9KLxL2bt

No, they have every right to their opinions. Just don’t be shocked with the consequences to their brand. On both sides.

Yes I'm sure Kendrick Lamar is dying to win over the Trump base

Motivated, independent thinking individuals have the opportunity to be successful in this nation regardless of who is in the WH. The opinions of any entertainer, on the right or left, have no bearing on their success, or failure. Stop creating victims.

After I heard that it was all politics, I'm glad I missed it. Free speech is great and all, but people watch these shows and listen to this music to ESCAPE the politics. There IS NO escape from politics these days--and we need one.

Prince said, "Real music by real musicians." That's what he did. We used to be able to count on the Grammys for that. Now, we don't get real music or a variety of forms of music performances. But, I guess it's about the business not music. Thanks anyway.
