A vengeful Mia Farrow brainwashes her seven year old (at the time) daughter into making sexual abuse allegations, tarnishing the #MeToo  movement. That’s the headline the @nytimes should have used for this story.

OR! Dylan has told the truth for 20 years. Repeatedly. And nobody listened. Because he made ~films~. Also? the guy groomed and slept with his daughter, whom he raised from the AGE OF NINE.

The "allegation" was that on Aug. 4 1992 was that Allen placed his head in Dylan's lap and touched her "private parts". No intercourse, no other sexual acts. If it is true Woody Allen is no exception from other sexual abuse offenders. I always thought why he married his stepdaughter and their relationship before she became his wife. (One sauce said she was posing nude by Allen’s request?)

Nitpicking over details is cowardly. He was a stepfather figure since she was a little girl on through her teens, when he began to be attracted to and photographed her. It's not normal and is, in fact, deviant.

Though she, herself, claims this is simply not true. She has also spoken out about the fact that Mia Farrow painted a picture of her as a learning-disabled child, when in fact she has a masters degree now.

I have boycotted all of Woody Allen's works since he first married his daughter. Apologists, legalists and hair-splitters on that issue need not apply; what he did was wrong.

There are women just as talented as Woody Allen. They would be easier to find if financiers could see or hear women over 40, sexual harassment wasn’t ubiquitous & there hadn’t been 5,000 years of misogyny. People think female led projects are riskier. They are wrong. Objectively.

Financing Woody Allen’s films should be a financial & social risk.
